excellent location, professional and kind staff, very comfortable beds. I especially liked the windows (bay window style), which provided beautiful view and a lot of natural light. The room was facing the park and a busy street, which can be loud, but the windows were sound proof, but could also be opened if needed.

The staff was extremely friendly and they're definitely a highlight of this property. They were kind and helpful in every interaction - from letting us grab a few more items from the breakfast buffet even after they had already started taking it away to arranging a taxi to the airport for us on our last day. The room was great. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked, plus the other little things that made all the difference (a mini fridge, a kettle and some mugs/spoons..). The location was also good. It's a short walking distance from the city center and a midpoint between different places in your usual sightseeing list. There were also plenty of essentials near the hotel (a supermarket, lots of coffee shops, etc.).

Very convenient location on the edge of Dorcol and Vracar, nice renovated building with well-equipped rooms and good heating, very good variable breakfast, super-helpful and friendly staff, early check-in and free upgrade

Great hotel! It is located in a nice, quiet place and even meetings at the government house do not interfere))))!!! The rooms are clean and well cleaned!Very beautiful views from the windows!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a small problem in my room the first night and when I told the receptionist, it was fixed right away. We had dinner at the hotel once and the waiter, Misha, was fantastic. (The food was good too!)

The Staff at the reception was unexpectedly amazing. His communication skills were remarkable, explained everything that is only relevant in an orderly and a clear manner. The property was improved from my last stay, the air-conditioning in the room was better. Defiantly coming back and recommending it to others.

Professionalism... from the first moment... they saw me in front of the hotel... immediately reacted... came to open a door and help me with a suitcase... Very kind welcome words 🙏🏻...Miloš offered a better room with a better view... He is great... Always ready to help and he knows one step in advance the needs of hotel guests ...Everyone ...on the desk...waiter... other stuff... very friendly and at the same time unobtrusive... Excellent location near to main city attractions, nice & equipped rooms (this time small but cozy on 7th floor), restaurant and bar available inside, super-helpful and friendly staff.

It's a historic (though renovated) hotel in the center of Belgrade. So, excellent location, some 10-15 mins walk to main restaurant street of Kneza Mikhaila. Comfortable rooms, super-helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast and overall good food service if you don't want to go outside the hotel.
